About Kim Stewart

Hello, I am self-taught artist whose creative journey began many years ago when I was styling my first home with my husband. Wanting original art to on our walls, I decided to create my own. With no prior painting experience, I simply embraced my creativity, and before I knew it, friends were buying my work and commissioning pieces!

As my children have grown older, I’ve been able to dedicate myself more seriously to painting over the last five years. My artistic focus revolves around nature, florals, and seascapes, often blending impressionism and abstraction. However, I paint anything that sparks inspiration, driven by a deep appreciation for colour, nature, and, above all, light. To me, light is key in capturing mood and depth in a painting.

It fills me with joy when someone purchases my artwork, knowing it will be cherished in their home. That connection is what makes this journey so fulfilling.
